Hiking becomes more fun with Geocaching
Hiking through nature is of course wonderfully relaxing, but Geocaching makes the hike just that bit more fun.
By adding a game element to the walk, which also leads you to special locations, you get more out of the walk. Geocaching is also great fun for children, making the walk a lot more appealing and getting them into the woods without grumbling ;-).

What is geocaching?
Geocaching basically boils down to the following: Someone hides a treasure (called the cache) in a nice, beautiful, interesting location. He or she then makes the treasure known on the internet by registering it at www.Geocaching.com.
The treasure hunter selects a nice cache via this website, reads the information about the cache, such as the GPS coordinates, and adjusts his or her GPS device or Smart Phone accordingly, after which the search can begin. When the treasure hunter has found the cache he reports his find on www.Geocaching.com and leaves a personal message. Just give it a try!
In front of Herberg de Brabantse Kluis starts a beautiful walk of about 5 kilometres: The route is called: 'To the Sisters'.
For a description of this cache go to www.geocaching.com.
You can walk the route with your own GPS device or Smart Phone.
