De Kouwenberg
The Kouwenberg is an ancient square and forms, as it were, the centre of Aarle-Rixtel.
On the little square there are various cultural-historical elements such as the shooting tree of the Sint-Margarethagilde, the Ganzentrio, as an icon of our Ganzegatse carnival association, the maypole and the centrally situated music kiosk.
Around the square there are various image-defining buildings with a monumental status.
