Vis passage
Where the Gulden Aa and Aa meet is a fish passage. This passage consists of 5 sheet-pile walls, each with an opening. These sheet-pile walls maintain the water level and are arranged in steps to bridge the difference in height between the streams. This allows fish to continue their swim from the Gulden Aa to the Aa via the openings, and vice versa. Good for foraging for food or finding a spawning spot.
