On November 3 there will be a Brabant slaughter day at the Boerenbondsmuseum . The musical entertainment will be provided by Mathieu Dortmans .
The slaughtered pigs hang on the leather (ladder) like in the old days and the meat is also for sale again. Of course, all kinds of meat dishes from the past will be available to taste, such as fresh sausage, balkenbrij, and ham hock. There is also a raffle this afternoon where meat packages can be won.
