Hagelkruis
West of the village, in the middle of fields at an intersection of field roads, stands a so-called Hagelkruis from the early Middle Ages. It is a unique monument, as it is the only remaining stone Hail Cross in Western Europe. The small crucifix Hagelkruis served to protect crops from hail, the crucifix is first mentioned in 1419.
