In this 18-meter-high mural, he is depicted in a symbolic manner. The helmet with oak branches and the birds refer to the centuries-old coat of arms of Helmond.

Around the year 1100, Hezelo owned the settlement ‘Die Haghe,’ long before the name Helmond even existed. The settlement was surrounded by a hedge, which explains the name of the district ’t Haagje.

Since 2019, Lord Hezelo has returned, this time rising on the side wall of the Park Building because this wall is at a central location in Helmond and has high visibility for both residents and passersby. The best view of this mural is from the Kasteel-Traverse.
