We opt for quality and craftsmanship. At the helm is Harrie, a baker in heart and soul, who grew up in a family bakery where real flavour without additives was still important. With his wife as hostess and chef and a motivated and fine team around them, Brasserie Bravoure is not only a place full of warmth and conviviality, but certainly also one where you can feast your taste buds.
