Sorry, this activity is not available anymore
April 20
On this day one starts early with a coffee table at the guild captain's house. Then they leave for the guild house 'Dientje' in Gemert. From the guild house they leave for the church where a mass in honor of the patron saint is celebrated. After the mass an offering is made for the guild and for the church. For this, the guild bowl stands on a guild drum and the two bowls for the church stand on either side next to the drum. After the church mass, one pays a flag salute to the pastor. Then they go to the town hall where they have a drink and again bring a flag salute, this time to the mayor. After the flag salute, the guild returns to the guild house for coffee. This is accompanied by rye bread and bacon.
