Art route

Origin: Sixteen years ago, the idea was born for an art route in Laarbeek. It was the wish to show Laarbeek art to the general public. Looking at art and the origin of it is in this way accessible for everyone. During this biannual art route artists who work and/or live in Laarbeek want to show what they have to offer and open their studios to the public. With the art route, everyone can take a look in the kitchen of the visual artist in an accessible way. From paintings to sculptures, from ceramics to photography, from amateur to professional, there is something for everyone. Both amateurs and professionals participate in this event. During these open days, they show the development they have gone through in recent times. It is art that originates in the artist and is authentic.
