"If your pictures aren’t good enough, you aren’t close enough." – Robert Capa
Powerful photographs that connect with the contemporary world: in the exhibition Close Enough, the work of 13 female Magnum photographers is brought together. They are currently leading the future of the photographers' collective. In 14 photo series, consisting of more than 150 works in total, the reason why becomes clear. Each photo series represents an important moment in the respective photographer's career. Sometimes the photos are being shown for the first time, other times it's an archival project shown in a new context, or the series represents a characteristic working process. Each project is the result of a long-term collaboration with the portrayed subject, long-term research, or a personal fascination.
