Library helps you manage your affairs digitally. Not everyone is able to communicate digitally with the government. Yet the government is working hard to make contact with citizens increasingly digital. Would you like to learn how to arrange your digital affairs yourself with, for example, the municipality, the tax authorities, the Social Insurance Bank or your health insurer? The computer course Digisterker will help you on your way.

Digisterker teaches you to apply for, use and modify a DigiD, install and use the DigiD app, look up information on government services, use ‘my’ environments, such as making appointments or personal requests via the internet and read messages in the message box of my government. Digisterker is intended for people who can already use the internet a little: you can use a keyboard and mouse, have an e-mail address and internet at home. No experience with computers and the internet yet? Then first follow the Klik&Tik course at the library!
