All in glory

Theatre association De Vriendenkring is bringing the play ‘All in the Gloria’ to the Village Hall. Yes indeed, you read this correctly; there will be a brown café in Lieshout for three weeks. Theatre association De Vriendenkring is currently putting the finishing touches to the construction of this beautiful café so that it can open at the end of March.

This café is going to be crowded by the actors of De Vriendenkring. They will perform the play ‘All in the Gloria’ (written by Sarah Maernhoudt). All sorts of cute, quirky and funny types will come in, making it a fun and frolicsome affair with plenty of humour. Led by Karel Huygens, the final touches are now being added. Karel feels like a fish out of water. After all, he himself ran café de Koekoek in Lieshout for many years. He knows better than anyone how things work in a pub. 

Café de Gloria will open for the first time at the end of March. This is the first night of a series of nine nights. In a pub, of course, the more men the merrier! Will you come and visit the pub too? The players of The Circle of Friends are going to love this. It will be a very cool evening with the necessary humour. You can buy your ticket for this café at Top 1 Toys van Berlo (Dorpsstraat 47 in Lieshout) or on the evening itself at the ticket office of the café (Dorpshuis in Lieshout). On the evenings themselves, the box office opens one hour before the show starts. They look forward to seeing you at the café so they can toast with you to an unforgettable evening!
