Steam dairy factory De Zomerbloem with director's residence; In 1909 a cooperative steam dairy factory was founded on the initiative of PeerJan Maas, chairman of the NCB dept. Someren. Architect de Vries from Helmond was commissioned to design the factory and director's residence, which opened in 1910. P. Janssen from Asten built the factory.
