You cycle through the basin of the Astense Aa, comfortably on the pedals through the Brabant countryside. A varied route, with cozy Peel villages and attractive forest areas. A green tour with paths through the Zandbos, the Vlierdense and Liesselse forests and the Dennendijkse forests.  

Deurrne
The Markt in Deurne offers attractive terraces and monuments such as the Sint Willibrodus Church and the old Town Hall, which dates from the peat colonial period. The castle domain invites you to step off, admire the Groot- and Klein castle, the Dinghuis and the Watermill. The nearby Ossenbeemd has beautiful themed gardens and is a visitor center for the geological fracture The Peelrandbreuk. 

Asten 
Museum Klok & Peel and De Groote Peel National Park are the top places to visit in Asten. The beautiful castle (ruin) in Asten-Heusden is also worth a visit. Windmill De Oostenwind and the Holy Mary Presentation Church are worth seeing. 

The forests
The Vlierdense forests are also called Bikkelse forests because of the juniper bushes with their 'hard as nails' berries.
