Halloween Beek en Donk

Halloween is an American holiday on 31 October, but it has now blown over to the Netherlands for several years. So too to Laarbeek, where it is often celebrated a little earlier. 

It's all about enjoying the spooky atmosphere and being enchanted by the magic of the night. You can go past the doors in the most frightening costumes to scare others, but of course also to collect as many sweets as possible. This year, she was asked to team up with the Village Garden for the Halloween Walk to go bigger, just in a different environment and so the idea to work together was born. With the help of many volunteers, they are going to make it a great party this year. This year, three different areas will be created in the Village Garden, so there will be something for every age. The little ones will be thought of, but also the slightly older youth can definitely come here. Even snacks and drinks will be provided.

This year, the route map, on which participating addresses will be listed, will be created by the new organisation Danielle de Hoon and Mandy Verhagen-Slaets, who have taken over the (magic) baton from Roxane Roestenburg. They have been working for several months to map everything out (digitally). You can still sign up as a Halloween address until Thursday 24 October by sending an email.
