In the monumental exhibition spaces of De Cacaofabriek Expo, artists Jeroen Koolhaas and Adriaan Lokman captivate the audience with light, sound, and movement. Both artists aim to cast light on current social issues through their work.

Lokman and Koolhaas exhibited alongside each other at the Rotterdam Art Week two years ago and took this opportunity to collaborate on an exhibition project. Together, they create a full sensory experience at De Cacaofabriek Expo, immersing the audience in a virtual world of light and sound.

The exhibition Holocene by Adriaan Lokman and Jeroen Koolhaas officially opens on Sunday, November 10 at 3:00 PM and can be visited daily until January 5, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, free of charge at De Cacaofabriek Expo.

To join in GLOW, De Cacaofabriek will present two light projections by Adriaan Lokman and Jeroen Koolhaas on the monumental exterior wall during the first two weeks of November.
